It is the production process made in accordance with the curved of the frame. This process, which is especially made for NPolar and single-vision organic glasses, is made suitable for the glass
frame produced. To determine the base of the lens to be attached to the selected frame, check which of the demo lens arches best matches the shapes on the

Lens Material Thickness Comparison



To evaluate the minimum diameter for your finished product, mark the optical center on the lens in the chosen frame and place the marking on the center or + sign on the control sliding chart below. Decide the minimum size that clears all sides of the frame diameter and denote that measurement on the order.

Diameter Reduction, is recommended with hyperopic prescriptions. The overall result in lens thickness improves aesthetically when a smaller diameter lens can be provided by the laboratory.

Glass Order

You can send your glasses orders to our branches with the “Sample Order Form” or you can easily log in yourself through our online ordering system OptiPAL and track your order instantly through the system.

Delivery Times

Orders placed at our branches or factory until 18:00 are accepted as the order of that day.

  • All uncoated single vision, bifocal and progressive lenses order day +1 day
  • SLC (Hard Coated) all products order day +1 day
  • All products without coating, with coloring order day +1 day
  • All products with PIXAR superhydrophobic anti-reflective coating order day +1 day
  • All products with tinting and PIXAR superhydrophobic anti-reflective coating Order day +1 day

After these periods, your orders are shipped from our factory in Istanbul.

  • Please consult for special transactions.
  • For orders with coloring according to the sample, the order day is the day the sample arrives at the factory.
  • Our response time for all customer complaints is 3 days.
  • The above delivery times are the maximum times.
  • As long as our production line allows, shipment is made as soon as possible.

Returns and Order Cancellation

All stock glasses in our current price list are refunded up to 2 months after the invoice date. After this period, stock glass returns will not be accepted. Stock glasses that are claimed to be defective are approved by the relevant branch and paid 15% of the invoice price for stock glasses that do not have defects and meet the above conditions. The deficiency is refunded and processed into the current account.

In RX glasses; Order cancellation is accepted within 1 hour following the order time without giving a reason.

Products that are alleged to have a production defect can be returned to our branch or factory in pairs and with the relevant invoice. If any production defect caused by our company is detected in the examination, the same glass is put into production again. In the return process, no other number or index is produced instead of the problematic glass and old glasses are not returned.

If no manufacturing defect is detected as a result of the inspection, a laboratory report is issued addressed only to the customer. The report only mentions the product and customer’s name, not the username.

All NOVAX lenses are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years. Malfunctions caused by use and cut glasses even if they are not used are excluded from this scope. Single vision lenses with prism and/or cylindrical values and all multifocal lenses must be sent with the frame to be mounted for examination.
